Due to an internal transfer, we are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an Executive Director at our beautiful Webster at Rye campus in Rye, NH.

For more than 40 years, Webster at Rye has proudly served seniors who require skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living services. As part of Silverstone Living, a nonprofit leader in the senior living industry, Webster at Rye is committed to providing exceptional care, fostering meaningful connections, and creating vibrant communities where older adults can thrive.

  • As the Executive Director of the Community, report the business affairs of the Community in all its functions to the Silverstone Living CEO.  
  • Review regularly with the CEO problems or concerns pertaining to the Community.
  • To be familiar with all the policies and procedures that govern Webster at Rye. Maintain familiarity with State regulations governing the licenses held by Webster at Rye for Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care.
  • Attend monthly Trustee meetings and committee meetings as assigned.
  • Authorize expenditures in accordance with the approved annual budget as established by The Board of Trustees in order to maintain sound financial administration.
  • Prepare the annual budget with department heads.
  • During periods of absence from the Community, delegate authority to others for the continued management of services. 
  • To project patient and resident changes in a timely manner and to direct the admissions program to insure optimum occupancy levels. Provide for the optimal health and mental and physical well-being of all the residents.
  • Through the various department heads, assure efficient and competent operation of patient care services, purchasing, dining services, housekeeping, accounting and bookkeeping, application and admissions, maintenance of plant and equipment and all other Community services.
  • Implement sound public relations and on-going marketing programs.
  • Overall accountability for Safety/Risk Management in the Community.
  • Actively support the Community in areas of employee engagement, appreciation and recognition, recruitment and retention goals, training, employee evaluations, coaching and counseling and progressive discipline where appropriate.

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university or related experience.
  • Five years' experience in nursing home administration or in related health care administration preferred. 
  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of New Hampshire.
