Keystone Engineering is currently seeking a Sr. Consulting Mechanical Engineer to join our team.
Position Type: PRN "as needed"
Location: Lafayette, LA

Essential Functions:
- Coordinate multi-discipline engineering and design activities
- Communicates with Client and 3rd Parties regarding project scope, status, and technical interface issues.
- Performs engineering calculations
- Provide concise, factual project designs, allowing effective construction/installation
- Works with other Engineers, Designers, Construction QA/QC, and contracted contractor
- Provides project control documentation as required, including: Project design, project estimation, material/equipment procurement, field assessments of existing infrastructure, contracting requirements, scheduling requirements, construction requirements, project closure requirements, status reporting
- Manages budget
Requirements:
- B.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 15+ years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate
- Attention to detail
