Warranty Field Supervisor

Signature Homes is a 100% employee-owned company operating in both Birmingham, AL and Nashville, TN. We are a company full of passionate, hard-working people that focus on teamwork, serving our customer, and constantly innovating our product.

Signature Homes is currently looking for a Warranty Field Supervisor in our Nashville, TN market. This is a field position, and not an office role. The right candidate will have demonstrated success in solving customers concerns and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, schedule, and supervise warranty repairs for homeowners
  • Ensure that all repairs are made to Signature Homes high standards
  • Perform walk-thru with Homeowners to inspect all concerns
  • Monitor and ensure that the repair schedule is maintained
  • Perform minor repairs

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of construction experience or face to face customer service experience required
  • The person in this role will be self- driven, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. This person should also have the ability to interact with customers, sub-contractors, and builder superintendents in a professional manner.
