Job description

Come join our great team at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital (SHBH) We are seeking an OB/GYN hospitalist physician to join our dedicated group of providers as a hospitalist to offer inpatient care to patients at our community hospital. Dedicated to our inpatient needs you will be responsible for patients in the Maternity Department, as well as consultation to the Emergency Department and general OB GYN Surgical consults.
ABOUT THE SHBH MATERNITY DEPARTMENT:

  • We are recognized by Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Blue Distinction Center Plus for our expertise and efficiency in delivering specialty care.
  • We average 1350 deliveries per year
  • 24-hour in-house hospitalist shifts
  • Hospitalist physician will work with 24/7 in house CNM
  • Back-up physician assistance is available 24/7
  • We offer a great, friendly work environment with an emphasis on teamwork.
  • We provide a team-based approach to managing high risk patients with support of nurses, social workers, and behavioral health support specialists
  • 24/7 in-house Anesthesiology and Pediatrics
