Job description

PWS Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Signature Reduction Location: Fort Bragg, NC Clearance Type: Top Secret Responsibilities: * Assist and conduct signature reduction planning, coordination, briefings, and associated product development. * Work directly with assigned units and multi-echelon joint staff to integrate signature-reduction plans in support of mission requirements. * Develop products including concepts of operation, plans, deployment orders, reporting requirements, support concepts, information papers, and assessments. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Minimum 10+ years in signature reduction, OPSEC, technical surveillance, or related fields, including 3-5+ years supporting SOF, IC, or other sensitive mission sets. * Demonstrated understanding of physical, technical, and digital signature-management measures. * Strong briefing and coordination skills across multiple HQ and unit levels. * TOP SECRET clearance. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with low-visibility operations, cover and attribution management, or special mission support.
