Job description

SSC Signs & Lighting, LLC, a national leader in design, fabrication, and installation of signage, is currently hiring for a Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects concurrently from initiation to closure.
  • Define project objectives, scope, roles & responsibility in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks that may impact project delivery and success.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources, including internal teams and external contractors.
  • Report project progress, issues, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through communication and regular updates.
  • Monitor and adjust project scope, schedule, and budget as necessary to meet changing needs.
  • Mentor and coach junior project management staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, quality standards, and safety protocals.
  • Prepare and submit project documentation for review and approval.
