Signage Project Manager - Remote

We're partnering with a growing visual branding and production company seeking a Signage Project Manager to oversee commercial signage projects from planning through installation.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in the signage industry who understands fabrication, permitting, vendor coordination, and installation processes for both interior and exterior signage programs.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, fabricators, and installation teams
  • Develop project schedules, track timelines, and manage deliverables
  • Support permitting and compliance activities across various municipalities
  • Oversee production and installation logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle


  • 3-5 years of project management experience within a signage company
  • Experience with both interior and exterior signage projects
  • Knowledge of signage fabrication, production, and installation processes
