Job description

Texas Pro Signs is a leader in custom signage solutions, providing businesses with high‐quality products from concept to completion. We are a state licensed sign electrical contractor, large volume location, operating for over 40 years serving both local and national clients with a variety of signage needs.

We’re looking for a highly organized, client‐focused Signage Project Manager to guide projects from the initial consultation through final installation—delivering exceptional customer experiences and on‐time, on‐budget results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply for and track sign permits, approvals and ensure timely documentation
  • Assist sale team with researching sign codes by contacting the appropriate city officials
  • Schedule site surveys, collect photos and measurements, and gather project details as needed
  • Coordinate installation with install services with general contractors, facility managers, property managers, business owners, and existing clients
  • Ensure proper job closeout and project handovers
  • Monitor project progress, communicate updates, and help resolve issues quickly to meet deadlines
  • Provide professional communication and customer service from first inquiry through project completion
  • Understand the importance of deadlines, communication, and customer service
  • Full-time

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in signage project management and/or permit submittals.
  • Understanding of signage production, construction, and installation processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
