Position Overview

Nashville Office Interiors (NOI) is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager to join our Chattanooga team. This role is responsible for managing commercial furniture projects post order entry through installation and closeout, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.

The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination between sales, design, customers, vendors, and installation teams—driving execution with precision, communication, and accountability during the project installation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects post order entry through installation and final closeout
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines
  • Serve as the project point of contact during scheduling, installation, and post-install punch.
  • Coordinate with team (sales, design, customer service, installation) for pre-install meetings to ensure all details are highlighted and communicated for a successful project installation.
  • Schedule projects with installation crews and subcontractors and clients.
  • Conduct pre-install site verifications to ensure readiness for installation prior to installation day.
  • Track project progress and proactively communicate updates, delays, and changes to internal team and clients.
  • Manage punch lists, job corrections, and warranty/service follow-ups.
  • Ensure all project documentation; Receiving BOLs, Work Orders, acknowledgements, and project records are complete and accurate in our operating system.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service throughout each phase of the project. Ensuring all parties are well informed in a timely manner.
