The Project Coordinator will operate remotely and on-site, concentrating on the maintenance of precise financial records, the supervision and improvement of documentation and safety processes, and the support of our network of locations. Primary duties encompass aiding in recruitment initiatives, performing monthly and quarterly audits, managing invoicing, and offering a range of administrative support activities. This position is vital for promoting inter-departmental collaboration and ensuring high-quality customer service interactions.


Location: Boardman, OR / Hybrid 

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Wage Range: $22 - $24 hourly

Travel Requirements: 2-3 days a month or as operational needs require.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial records using Microsoft Excel and Salesforce 
  • Review time entries daily to ensure accuracy
  • Assist with the submissions for onboarding, off boarding, and talent acquisition requests
  • Maintain Organizational Chart for overall and individual accounts
  • Prepare monthly financial totals for invoicing
  • Assist as needed in the creation of formal RFQs and RFPs 
  • Monitor training compliance of safety procedures and requirements (e.g., NFPA-70E, Lock Out Tag Out procedures, First Aid & CPR training, proper use of PPE) required by Salute and Clients.
  • Coordinate and assist with conducting interviews and manage communications with prospective new hires 
  • Generate reports on financial performance, process compliance, and hiring efforts 
  • Perform additional tasks as required to ensure all accounts are performing at expected levels.   

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Exceptional time management abilities
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Access to and proficiency with a smartphone
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
  • Exceptional attention to detail

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Military experience 
  • Experience in the data center industry 
  • Experience scheduling appointments and/or conducting interviews with prospective new hires  
  • Human Skill Requirements 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Full understanding of Customer Service principles 
  • Comfortable working collaboratively or independently 
  • Comfortable communicating over the phone and on video conferences  

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 40lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs to access elevated equipment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time in various work environments
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for equipment related tasks
  • Basic physical fitness to respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas quickly
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently withing various work environments to troubleshoot issues or respond to emergencies.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for working with small components and connectors
  • Clear vision, with or without correction, to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and precision while wearing safety glasses
  • Ability to differentiate between color-coded warning signs, labels, and cables
  • Ability to work in environments with a wide variety temperature inside a facility
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, or snow
  • Capability to work in environments with elevated noise levels while wearing hearing protection
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license for work-related travel, as required

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The base salary range for this role is $22 - $24 hourly. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, Discounted Group Life & AD&D, Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave. Final compensation will be determined by job‑related factors consistent with applicable law.
