Job description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s visual identity and brand standards across its commercial and residential properties. This role creates clear, consistent design work for both digital and print, supporting marketing efforts at both the corporate and property level in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Working closely with the Creative Director, Vice President of Marketing & Communications, and other team members, the Graphic Designer produces materials that communicate ideas effectively, support campaigns, and ensure branding stays consistent across all channels, often managing multiple projects with quick turnaround times.


Essential Functions:

Creative Development & Design

  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of collateral, including ads, brand guidelines, postcards, brochures, newsletters, flyers, invitations specials, signage, direct mail, and digital assets.
  • Produce consistent, high-quality brand imagery for corporate and property-level use.
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and organizational standards.

Digital Content & E-Communications

  • Design and coordinate e-newsletters, including layout, visual design, and distribution.
  • Support development of digital content for websites, social media, and online campaigns.
  • Assist with video, web graphics, or motion content where applicable.

Production & Vendor Management

  • Obtain and Manage relationships with outside printers and production vendors to ensure quality, brand alignment, and budget adherence.
  • Oversee print proofs, production specifications, and delivery of final materials.
  • Support in-house production needs such as presentations, mock-ups, printing and assembly.

Asset Management & Brand Maintenance

  • Maintain organized graphic archives, including logos, brand assets, photography, sponsor materials, and design files.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all produced materials.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with marketing team members and other departments to support campaigns, events, and communications.
  • Assist with additional marketing and creative projects as assigned.
  • Meet all deadlines established by the Creative Director and Vice President of Marketing.

Other Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate company core values consistently.
  • Complete additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field required or combined related experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
  • Strong conceptual design abilities and a proven ability to translate ideas into compelling visual solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (Mac & and Microsoft suite).
  • Web design/WordPress or video production experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of print layout, development, and production processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience crafting compelling marketing copy for public facing audiences
  • Experience using Meta Business suite to manage multiple social accounts preferred.
