Build Something That Matters

City Signworks wasn’t started just to make signs. It was started to build something meaningful.

We believe work should have purpose. For us, that means helping other businesses show up confidently in the world — and creating a company where our people grow just as boldly. Every day we’re building relationships, brands, signs, and a network of people who care about doing things the right way.

We’re not a “clock in, clock out” sign shop. We’re a team of craftsmen, problem-solvers, and creative thinkers who take pride in what we build. We embrace challenges, dig deeper, and lead with optimism. Around here, the answer is always: “Yes! What was the question?”

At City Signworks, humility is foundational. No egos. No shortcuts. Just professionals who take pride in their work and respect the people beside them. Teamwork isn’t a buzzword — it’s how installs get done safely, how fabrication improves, and how we learn faster together than we ever could alone. And yes, having fun matters. We work hard, we solve problems, and we enjoy the ride.

We’re looking for driven sign makers, installers, and fabricators who are comfortable with discomfort — the kind that leads to growth. If you want to help build something from the ground up, shape the culture, sharpen your craft, and serve clients with excellence, you’ll fit right in.

This is the early chapter -- The foundation stage -- when the right people make all the difference.

If you’re ready to commit to your craft, embrace challenges, and grow with a company built on purpose, we’d love to meet you.

Let’s build something great together!
