Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using Ford diagnostic tools and systems
  • Complete complex repairs including engine, transmission, electrical, and advanced vehicle systems
  • Ensure all repairs are completed correctly the first time to minimize comebacks
  • Follow all Ford and Lincoln warranty policies and procedures, ensuring proper documentation and claim accuracy
  • Assist and mentor other technicians with diagnostics and repair procedures
  • Maintain current Ford certifications and stay up to date with all training requirements and service bulletins
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle conditions, required repairs, and timelines
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency while upholding quality standards
  • Adhere to all safety policies and dealership procedures
