Job description

Position Summary (major areas of contribution):

The Project Coordinator is an entry level position that is responsible for administrative tasks as needed to support project team members. Must gain a working knowledge of Sign Resource platforms such as ABBA and QuickBase to ensure proper coordination between departments. Position requires working with deadlines, strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and proficiency in MS Office programs. Problem solving abilities are crucial and applicants must be able to function in a fast-paced, detailed-oriented environment.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

Project Coordinator will accept simple projects as assigned by Senior Project Manager, highlighting their ability to manage the scope of work as it relates to the assigned project.

Assists Project Managers by obtaining status updates from Operations team as needed to drive timely product shipments and hitting on-time performance goals set by the customer and Sign Resource.

Gains knowledge and assists project managers with their monthly forecasting.

Assists Project Managers in driving full completion of projects by submitting all documents needed to complete invoicing.

Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.


Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills and have the ability to operate independently.

Team oriented with strong organizational skills, have the ability to multitask.

Proficiency with PC, Excel, Word, and MS Office software.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.

High energy level and hands-on orientation with attention to detail.
