RCOE provides administrative support to districts, leads programs for preschool, special education, pregnant minor, corrections, migrant, and vocational students, and offers professional training, support and resources for teachers, administrators, and staff throughout Riverside County.
Job Summary
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under the direct supervision of the Director I, IT Infrastructure & Support, the job of Administrator, IT Support & Operations is done for the purpose of managing the projects, the work, and supervising staff servicing the Riverside County Office of Education's (RCOE) technical support and operations throughout the county where technology services are provided in a variety of environments. The position is responsible for oversight of daily business and technology support operations being provided county-wide to school districts, community colleges, and RCOE programs. This is designated as a Classified Management position and is part of the Management Leadership Team and is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Requirements / Qualifications

• Copy of Transcript (Copy of transcript must be attached to your application. The transcript must be from a regionally accredited college/university and must show degree conferred date for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or Business Administration. Experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted year-for-year for the minimum educational requirement. Master's Degree is preferred.
