Job Summary
Classified Substitutes are called upon, as needed, to fill the temporary needs of various departments and school sites.
General Description:
The School Health Assistant supports the daily operations of the Health Services Department by assisting in the care of students' health needs. This role involves providing basic first aid and emergency treatment, maintaining accurate health records, helping students with disabilities, and performing various clerical duties to ensure a safe and healthy school environment. The School Health Assistant works under the general supervision of the Coordinator of Health Services and the Site Administrator to promote student well-being and adhere to health regulations.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Certificate Copy (Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant Certification )
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation
  • Proof of HS Graduation (Diploma or GED )
  • Resume
