Job description

TRP Construction Group, LLC, with locations in Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, is a rapidly growing infrastructure company specializing in Pavement Marking, Traffic Control, and Roadway Safety Services. Applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review.

Job Summary

The Traffic Control Sign Production Specialist is responsible for supporting traffic control operations while maintaining TRP's commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

· Produce traffic control signs according to TXDOT standards.

· Operate sign printing and production equipment.

· Apply reflective sheeting, overlays, and graphics.

· Assemble signs using approved substrates and hardware.

· Perform quality inspections on completed signs.

· Maintain inventory of sign materials.

Skills and Qualifications

· Experience with sign printing and production required.

· Knowledge of TXDOT sign standards and MUTCD requirements.

· Experience working with sign substrate materials and reflective sheeting.
