Printing Press Operator (8-Color Komori) in Minneapolis, MN

SIGNING BONUS: Up to $7,500

Location: Minneapolis, MN

About Shapco Printing

Shapco Printing is Minnesota’s most awarded commercial printer, with over 50 years in business and a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and exceptional print work. We’re looking for a quality-focused, mechanically inclined Komori press operator to join our team and help us continue producing high-quality work for clients across the country.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and maintain a sheetfed 8-color Komori offset press
  • Ensure color accuracy, registration, and print consistency throughout the run
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Collaborate with prepress and bindery teams to meet tight deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience operating sheetfed offset presses - Komori preferred - but not required
  • If you don’t have press experience, we’re willing to train the right person with strong mechanical skills, a good work ethic, and a commitment to learning
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
