The Role: Master Offset Press Operator

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Master Offset Press Operator to run high-profile commercial and packaging print jobs. This is a chance to work with high-end equipment on complex, custom projects.


$7,500 signing bonus if hired.

What You’ll Be Operating

Responsibilities & Expertise

  • Operate, set up, and maintain large-format and medium-format offset printing equipment (Komori
  • Perform precise color management and fine-tuning to meet strict client specifications for premium collateral, custom packaging, point-of-sale displays, and direct mail.
  • Oversee press performance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and ensure efficient, high-quality output.
  • Manage UV Printing and coating processes.
  • Maintain accurate logs and adhere to all safety and quality control standards.
