We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Neighborhood Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts by managing targeted neighborhood marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who excels at managing print media campaigns, and driving brand awareness through localized, data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong leadership skills who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure we hit our weekly lead goals.

Key Responsibilities

Print Media Neighborhood Marketing

  • Implement neighborhood-focused marketing campaigns using print media such as direct mail, flyers, and door hangers.
  • Ensure alignment of print media campaigns with content across multiple channels, including blogs, videos, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Identify target neighborhoods based on market data, customer demographics, and sales trends.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of print media campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Tracking overall inventories and predictive ways to ensure we have flyers, yard signs, and other supplies in hand
  • Ensure local partners have weekly direction on yard sign placement, flyers, doorknocking.

SMS & Cold Calling Neighborhoods

  • Assist in the development and execution of a neighborhood focused guerrilla outbound activity to generate leads.
  • Oversee team of outbound SMS/callers
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and lead generation.
  • Effectively engage with business partners during regularly scheduled meetings to ensure goal performance and communicate changes to plan

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
