Entry-Level Sign Fabricator & Installer

Location: Allentown, PA
Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

EBC Printing & Signs is looking for a motivated, dependable Entry-Level Sign Fabricator & Installer to join our growing sign division. If you have 1–2 years of experience in sign fabrication, installation, construction, or a related trade and enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to meet you.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career with a company that values quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate a variety of interior and exterior signs
  • Install vinyl graphics, dimensional letters, banners, window graphics, and other signage
  • Prepare materials for production and installation
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Load, unload, and transport signs and installation materials
  • Assist with measuring job sites and ensuring accurate installations
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  • Represent our company professionally while interacting with customers

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in sign fabrication, installation, construction, or a related field preferred
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the sign industry
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders when needed
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
