Sign Installer - Full-Time
Saint Louis, MO | $20-$25/hour (Based on Experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, motivated, and hardworking Sign Installers to join our growing team. This hands-on role is responsible for installing interior and exterior signage across commercial properties, construction sites, and active facilities.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in the field, takes pride in quality workmanship, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Previous signage, construction, or installation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install a variety of interior and exterior signage according to project specifications and site plans.
  • Work with materials including vinyl, acrylic, metal, dimensional lettering, and ADA signage.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and access equipment.
  • Read and follow layouts, measurements, installation drawings, and project instructions.
  • Take jobsite photos and properly document completed installations.
  • Communicate project progress and site conditions with supervisors and team members.
  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards and safety requirements.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials to job sites as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in signage, construction, installation, or related trades preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable using basic tools including drills, levels, tape measures, and saws.
  • Ability to work outdoors and at heights in varying weather conditions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight for projects as needed (per diem provided).
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
  • Experience operating bucket trucks, scissor lifts, boom lifts, or other aerial equipment.
  • Knowledge of ADA signage installation standards.
  • Familiarity with digital jobsite apps such as CompanyCam or project management software.
