SIGN INSTALLER
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sign Installer, you will be perform installation and maintenance of sign products ordered for existing and new construction. You will install signs of all sizes on poles, buildings, billboards, and other structures using a wide range of tools. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to provide outstanding service to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of exterior & interior signage
• Ability to comprehend shop drawings, site plans and sign location drawings
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work at heights as well as confined spaces
• Loads and transports signage to destination
• Prepares worksite by removing unwanted signage, preparing mounting surfaces
• Follows all safety policies and procedures in the preparation and installation phases
• Installs signage in strict compliance with the work order
• Cleans installation site
• Performs a quality control review and reports findings to store leadership
• Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
• Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
QUALIFICATIONS
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Familiarity with power tools is preferred
• Electrical background is strongly preferred
• Previous sign installation experience is helpful
