·       Assist with router operation and learn GraphicWorks’ production standards
·       Help ensure jobs are ready for installation, including materials, hardware, parts, and details
·       Assist hands-on in production departments when needed
·       Help identify and solve issues before they create delays or field problems
·       Identify potential production conflicts, bottlenecks, or missing information and help bring them to resolution
·       Support a positive, accountable, team-oriented shop culture
Qualifications
·       Sign industry, production, fabrication, construction, cabinet shop, CNC/router, or related hands-on experience preferred
·       Router/CNC experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
·       Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
·       Ability to read shop drawings, proofs, measurements, and production notes
·       Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
·       Clear communication and strong follow-through
·       Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
·       Ability to work well with different departments and personalities
·       Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits
·       Competitive pay based on experience
·       Full-time position
·       401(K) matching
·       Paid time off and paid holidays
·       Annual review
·       Company outings
·       Room for advancement and compensation growth as responsibility increases
If you are dependable, hands-on, organized, and interested in growing with a company that values teamwork, accountability, and quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
