Job description

Banner Signs is a signage and brand execution company that builds sign programs for multi-location brands and franchise systems. We're growing fast and our leader needs a right-hand person who can keep everything moving.

This role is built around making the leader more effective.

You'll learn how he works, how he thinks, and what matters most, then you'll start handling it before he has to ask. That means emails, calls, follow-ups, scheduling, client communication, CRM updates, and whatever else comes up that day. Some days are predictable. Most aren't.

What you'll actually be doing:

  • Managing calls and emails so nothing slips
  • Following up with clients and vendors on his behalf
  • Keeping our project management system updated and accurate
  • Handling scheduling, reminders, and day-to-day coordination
  • Supporting quotes, proposals, and client communication
  • Anticipating what's needed before being asked

Who this is for:

  • You've worked a front desk or multi-line phone and know how to handle real volume
  • You pick things up fast and don't need a lot of direction after the first time
  • You're organized, proactive, and take ownership of your work
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, in person and in writing
  • You thrive in a fast environment where every day looks a little different

Who this isn't for:

  • People who need step-by-step direction every day
  • People who want a quiet, predictable routine
  • People who check out when things get busy

Compensation & Benefits

  • $22–$28/hr based on experience
  • Health insurance
  • Retirement plan
  • Paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • Monday through Friday, 8am–4:30pm
  • Full-time preferred, open to 35+ hours for the right person

The goal is simple. Our leader is focused on growth and strategy, and needs someone he can trust to make sure everything behind him is handled, completely, without being asked twice. If that sounds like something you'd take pride in, this role has a real path into sales or operations for the right person.

To apply: Send your resume with the subject line "I've got it handled" and two sentences on why this role is the right fit for you right now.
