We’re searching for an Experienced Fabricator (5+ years) who thrives on hands-on, one-of-a-kind projects. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven fabrication and MIG welding experience (TIG is a plus).
  • Excellent craftsmanship and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable, self-driven team players with a strong work ethic.
  • A “get it done right” mentality and pride in your work.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

✔ Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
✔ Able to lift 80+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on lifts
✔ Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
✔ Willing to invest in personal tools
✔ OSHA training and forklift certification (or willing to obtain)

BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

  • 5+ years in signage or custom metal fabrication
  • Welding certifications or vocational training
  • Experience with sign electrical or structural installation

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Full-time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Flexibility for early starts, late finishes, or occasional weekend work
