We’re searching for an Experienced Fabricator (5+ years) who thrives on hands-on, one-of-a-kind projects. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven fabrication and MIG welding experience (TIG is a plus).
  • Excellent craftsmanship and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable, self-driven team players with a strong work ethic.
  • A “get it done right” mentality and pride in your work.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

âś” Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
âś” Able to lift 80+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on lifts
âś” Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
âś” Willing to invest in personal tools
âś” OSHA training and forklift certification (or willing to obtain)

BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

  • 5+ years in signage or custom metal fabrication
  • Welding certifications or vocational training
  • Experience with sign electrical or structural installation

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Full-time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Flexibility for early starts, late finishes, or occasional weekend work
