Since 1999, BSC Signs has been one of Colorado’s leading full-service sign companies. We design, fabricate, install, and service signs for local, national, and international brands. We are looking to grow our installation team with skilled and motivated professionals.

THE POSITION — LEAD INSTALLER

We are seeking experienced Sign Installers with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret blueprints and installation drawings. This role is hands-on and fast-paced. Candidates must be able to work on their own without constant supervision and also work effectively with a team of installers when required. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings a solid work ethic, some relevant skills, and a strong desire to learn. Experienced installers who join the team must be willing to help train an apprentice when needed.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install a range of signage including:
    • Channel letters
    • FCO letters
    • Raceway systems
    • Cabinet signs
    • Monuments
    • Pylons and foundations
    • LED and neon service work
    • LED displays (installation and service)
    • Gas Price Units
  • Operate aerial equipment including bucket trucks, boom lifts, and scissor lifts
  • Perform basic electrical and low-voltage wiring
  • Understanding of communication systems for LED displays and GPC’S is a plus
  • Use standard hand and power tools effectively
  • Work independently or with a team depending on project needs
  • Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism
  • Clean driving record required
  • Crane operation experience is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous sign installation experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Ability to work with a team of installers when required
  • Willingness to train an apprentice if experienced
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineered drawings
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Electrical experience related to signage is a plus
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Certifications are a plus (OSHA 10/30, NCCCO, Aerial Lift, Rigging and Signal, CDL)
  • Willing to train candidates who bring hands-on skills, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn
