Education & Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)
  • Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)
  • Commitment to practicing value-based, patient-centered primary care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience practicing in a value-based or capitated care model
  • Prior work with senior-focused or Medicare patient populations
  • Interest in preventive care, population health, and chronic disease management
  • Comfort working within an interdisciplinary care team
  • Experience with Athena or comparable EMR systems
