Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI scans for inpatient, outpatient, and ED patients

  • Ensure patient safety and MRI safety protocols are followed

  • Operate MRI equipment including Siemens Sola 1.5T & Skyra 3T

  • Conduct IV starts and administer contrast injections

  • Complete implant screenings and workups

  • Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC charting system

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and imaging team

  • Participate in on-call rotation (department-based)

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of MRI Tech experience

  • ARRT (MR) Certification - Required

  • BLS Certification - Required

  • Strong understanding of MRI principles & safety practices

  • Experience with contrast injections & IV starts

  • Comfortable working in a 1:1 patient setting

  • Experience with Siemens MRI scanners (preferred)

  • First-time travelers considered (case by case)
