CNC Maintenance Technician

Are You the Person Everyone Calls When a CNC Machine Goes Down?
First Call Staffing is seeking experienced CNC Maintenance Technicians to support leading manufacturing facilities throughout Central Indiana. If you have a strong background troubleshooting CNC machinery and keeping production running, we'd love to speak with you.
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair CNC machining centers, lathes, mills, and related equipment
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
  • Repair servo motors, drives, spindles, and machine control systems
  • Read electrical schematics and technical manuals
  • Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
  • Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and repairs
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of CNC maintenance experience preferred
  • Experience maintaining CNC mills, lathes, machining centers, or metal fabrication equipment
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and machine prints
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs
