Job description

As a Partner Success Manager, you will act as both the account owner and strategic relationship lead for our Real Estate partners-playing a key role in expanding our footprint across the region. In this dual role, you will be responsible not only for managing and nurturing relationships with existing high-impact partners, but also for identifying, engaging, and closing new partner opportunities to drive growth.
 
You'll operate as a strategic advisor, showcasing how our platform can help top-performing real estate professionals grow their businesses. Collaborating cross-functionally, you'll ensure the right resources are brought in at the right time to support both existing and prospective partners. Your ability to articulate value, customize solutions, and influence decision-makers will be critical in bringing new partners onboard.
 
This is a highly strategic and dynamic role. While existing playbooks and processes can often be leveraged, you'll also frequently break new ground-exploring untapped opportunities, testing scalable solutions, and helping shape best practices that fuel long-term partner success and regional expansion.
Responsibilities
  • With a portfolio of multiple partners, the Partner Success Manager will build and maintain high-impact partner relationships by developing strategic account plans that align with partners' growth goals and Side's business objectives.
  • Develop annual business plans and detailed strategic roadmaps tailored to each partner, focusing on measurable goals that accelerate business performance and success. Achieve 100% Net Dollar Retention annually. 
  • Drive regional expansion by actively identifying, connecting with, and recruiting top-performing luxury agents and teams. Accountable for a monthly quota of introductory meetings and collaborate with marketing, brokerage, and leadership teams to execute sales cycles. 
  • Confidently communicate the value of Side's brokerage platform to drive engagement with prospects and deepen adoption, efficiency, and retention among partners.
  • Spend 50% of your time leading regular virtual and in-person meetings with partners to consult on key business metrics, track performance, and ensure progress across initiatives and deliverables.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Side's pricing model and financial tools to guide partners in designing profitable compensation plans and competitive commission structures.
  • Analyze partner financials, including P&L statements, to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations that strengthen overall financial health and performance. Document weekly in internal CRM system(s). 
  • Regularly attend industry and customer events to cultivate strong partner relationships, reinforce community engagement, and champion the unique value of the Side network.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 8+ years experience in business management, consulting, strategic account management, sales and/or business ownership. Licensed broker is a plus. 
  • Industry knowledge: 8+ years experience in residential real estate, understand local industry associations and market trends relevant to the company's operations.
  • Leadership abilities: Ability to lead, guide and motivate top performing agents to achieve desired results.
  • Financial acumen: Understands financial principles applied to real estate, teamerage P&Ls, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Problem-solving skills: Operates autonomously in a fast paced environment with capacity to identify challenges, propose solutions, and make informed decisions to guide our customer's success.
  • Communication: Strong professional communication and persuasion skills.
  • Organizational: Effectively structures their work, prioritizes tasks, and keeps track of important details.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to handle change and adapt strategies based on market conditions and business needs.
  • Community: Cares deeply about people and helping others to achieve their goals. 
$120,000 - $130,000 a year
This position is eligible for bonus opportunities. Compensation offered is the salary listed plus bonus.
Side takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. This range is not inclusive of our equity package. When determining a candidate's compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
