Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely while providing crucial support to our clients in a hospice setting. Work Environment

This remote position allows for flexible scheduling options, including the potential for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 AM and 7 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions to support clients through their emotional and psychological challenges.
  • Perform thorough assessments by interviewing clients to gather relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information.
  • Evaluate and treat a variety of psychological issues, employing evidence-based interventions tailored to the needs of clients.
  • Plan and coordinate programs that meet the social and emotional needs of clients, particularly in a hospice setting.
  • Facilitate management of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health crises and identify appropriate community resources for referrals.
  • Foster relationships built on mutual respect, acceptance, and trust, ensuring clients feel safe and supported in their healing journeys.
  • Document case notes and findings in compliance with established protocols, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload while adhering to treatment goals and objectives that enhance client outcomes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to address the evolving needs of our client population.

You will primarily work with individuals and families in a hospice setting, providing compassionate care to those navigating end-of-life challenges, grief, and loss. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
