Safety is your top priority as you navigate the scenic routes of the greater Petoskey and Charlevoix areas, sharing helpful tips and ensuring a smooth ride. With your keen eye for detail, you keep the shuttle sparkling clean and in top-notch condition, while your knack for communication and organization ensures every trip is a success. Bay Harbor Yacht Club, a private club located near Petoskey, MI, provides breathtaking views and exceptional service for both guests and members year-round. BHYC boasts several exquisite restaurants, multiple recreational outlets, and large event spaces, all situated on the Bay Harbor marina. Job Duties:
  • Transport BHYC employees and/or members to destinations according to event/work schedules
  • Welcome employees/members when boarding the shuttle
  • Effectively communicate safety information to passengers
  • Assist with loading/unloading luggage as needed
  • Maintain safe driving protocols at all times
  • Conduct daily and weekly inspections of the shuttle vehicle(s) and complete logs
  • Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to maintenance department in a timely manner
  • Ensure shuttle is kept clean and presentable
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years experience in commercial driving preferred
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • CDL License preferred but not required
  • Clean driving record required
  • Chauffer's license required (club will cover cost to get one if you do not have one)
  • Must be able to work some weekends, evenings and/or holidays
