Job Type: Seasonal, Hourly, Full Time & Part Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver to join our team in Northern MI at the Cotton Collection for the 2026 summer season. Based at Hotel Perry in Petoskey, the shuttle route includes stops in Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Traverse City, Mackinaw City, and Alanson.
The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting guests and employees to and from designated locations, providing excellent customer service along the way. We operate a 14-passenger Ford Transit.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate the hotel shuttle van in accordance with all traffic and safety laws, including DOT regulations
  • Communicate with management and other team members to make accurate, timely deliveries and shuttle stops.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage as needed
  • Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests during their shuttle ride
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the shuttle vehicle
  • Meet delivery deadlines and follow assigned routes

Qualifications:
  • A valid MI driver's chauffeur's license with a clean driving record. The hotel can provide assistance if needed.
  • Familiarity with using navigation systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of local area roads and attractions
  • Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination to stay safe while driving
