Zinga's is looking for a Design Consultant to join our growing team and help homeowners transform their spaces with premium interior and exterior shading solutions. This is an in-home consultative sales role where youll meet with customers at pre-set appointments scheduled by our teamno cold calling, no prospecting.
Youll guide customers through product options, take accurate measurements, create design recommendations, and close the saleall while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What Youll Sell
Our Design Consultants offer a wide range of solutions including:
Roller shades, cellular shades, solar shades, and more
Wood and composite shutters
Motorized interior shades
Motorized screen shades for patios and lanais
Aluminum pergolas and exterior structures
Custom solutions tailored to each home and lifestyle
Key Responsibilities
Attend company-provided, pre-set in-home appointments with qualified customers
Conduct a professional consultation: identify needs, style preferences, and functional goals
Educate customers on product features, materials, and upgrade options (including motorization)
Take precise measurements and document details for quoting and ordering
Prepare and present pricing, proposals, and design recommendations
Confidently close sales and guide customers through next steps
Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-ups in CRM
Work closely with the scheduling, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoff
Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
Schedule & Flexibility
This position offers a very flexible schedule with appointment availability that may include evenings depending on customer needs. Youll manage your time independently while meeting performance expectations.
