JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

RAILING / ORNAMENTAL INSTALLATION
-Installs mechanical railing & gates and welded aluminum products such as grab rails, spiral staircases, interior and exterior railings, gates, shutters, window grilles, belly rails, trellises, and carports.

-Installs products to the requirements on assigned work orders.

-Ensures all components, materials and supplies are taken to the jobsite; loads materials / supplies for work orders on assigned trucks.

-Performs repairs or punch lists on jobs the employee installed and or services, when assigned. Makes necessary alterations on jobsite if necessary.

-Visually checks product and install for quality of job.

-Responsible to maintain all assigned tools.

-Keeps jobsite neat, clean.

- Posts permits when required.

CORE DRILLER

-Will travel to jobsite to core drill for product placement.

-Power tools experience required.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

· Construction or Metalwork experience required

· Good knowledge of hand tools and how to operate them such as saws, drills, tape measures & levels.

· Ability to work within given production timelines to meet deadlines

· Must be comfortable with heights and use of ladders, walk boards, high lifts.

· Ability to turn in accurate time reports and completed work orders.

· Valid and “insurable” driver’s license.

· Must be dependable and willing to work 6 days a week when needed.
