As Performance Physical Therapy continues to grow, we're looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant who believes in doing things the right way—thoughtfully, compassionately, and with time to truly make connections.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work closely with our licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one, evidence-based care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes through personalized treatment plans, exercise instruction, and education.

This is a collaborative clinical role where you’ll make a direct impact every day—working with a diverse caseload that may include orthopedic, spine, sports, vestibular, and pre/post-operative patients. You’ll treat approximately 1.3 patients per hour, with time to focus on quality care.

Responsibilities include: • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist • Implement treatment programs that reflect the therapist’s plan of care and goals • Instruct patients in safe and effective exercise and functional activities • Educate patients and families to support adherence and independence • Document care accurately, completely, and on time in Clinicient EMR
