Job description

Short-Term Rental House Cleaner (Luxury Property)
Location: Lincoln City, OR
Job Type: Part-time / As-needed

We are looking for a meticulous, dependable House Cleaner to care for one of the nicest short-term rental homes in Lincoln City. Our guests pay for and expect a true 5-star, luxury-resort experience every stay.

About the Role

You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing our luxury vacation rental between guest stays. This includes creating a spotless, welcoming environment where every detail has been thoughtfully attended to.

Pay & Schedule

  • Training rate: $25/hour for the first two cleanings (working interview and onboarding)
  • Ongoing rate (after successful working interview): $450 per full-house cleaning
  • Frequency: 0–5 cleanings per month, depending on bookings

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-house turnover cleaning between guest stays
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and living areas
  • Change and launder linens and towels as needed
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish all surfaces
  • Restock basic supplies (soap, paper products, etc.) as directed
  • Inspect the property for damage or maintenance issues and report them promptly
  • Stage the home so it looks guest-ready and photo-perfect every time

Requirements

  • Prior professional cleaning or housekeeping experience (short-term rentals or hotels a plus)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable with variable schedule based on bookings
  • Able to meet strict quality standards every single cleaning
