Interns should communicate regularly with supervisors, ask for feedback, and volunteer for tasks outside their comfort zones to broaden their skills. Building relationships with team members through networking and participation in meetings can lead to mentorship and valuable references. Documenting achievements and reflecting on daily experiences will help interns articulate what they've learned and demonstrate their growth in future applications.

Proactive communication, adaptability, and time management are essential soft skills that help interns make a positive impression and integrate quickly.
