All our supplements use simple and clean formulas with the best ingredients to ensure maximum quality and to help you feel your best. Nutricost is also the Official Supplement Provider of BYU Athletics and we love to be involved in our community.

Our amazing team is growing, and we are looking to add a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to our team to accelerate our growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Receptive to constructive feedback
  • GED or high school diploma
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred

Duties:

  • Manage customer accounts
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints
  • Resolve customer issues via call and email requests
  • Track orders
  • Communicate with customers and carriers
  • Create replacement/Manual orders
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Google Drive, and Shopify is a plus
  • Spanish-speaking required

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, day shift
  • 15 - 20 hours per week
