Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Investigate and resolve shipping, inventory, and order-related issues
• Communicate with warehouse teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and claims processes
• Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience preferred
• Experience with Shopify, ShipHero, or logistics operations is a plus
