We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to manage our paid advertising strategy across Google, Meta, and emerging digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who blends analytical strength with strategic planning and collaborative leadership. You fully own the execution of ERIK'S digital ad strategy, influence overall digital strategy, and ensure paid media efforts support broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Lead and manage day-to-day execution of paid search, paid social, shopping feeds, remarketing, and performance campaigns across varying markets with differing needs.
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Build full-funnel advertising strategies that drive revenue, traffic, new customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Oversee budget pacing, bidding strategies, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Content, Merchandising, Marketing, Leadership) to plan aligned campaigns and ensure messaging consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure strategy and priority alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Map campaign timelines, ensure dependencies are clear, and keep teams accountable to deadlines.
