E-commerce & Performance Marketing Specialist ABOUT THE ROLE

Lemonsoda is seeking an E-commerce & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize the brand’s digital commerce and advertising channels. This is a hands-on role responsible for improving performance across the Lemonsoda Shopify site, retail marketplaces, paid media, and supporting organic social content.

The role will manage advertising across Amazon, Meta, Google, Target Roundel, Wayfair, Faire, and other relevant platforms. This person will also optimize marketplace listings, execute Shopify site updates, support product launches and promotions, and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, and revenue.

The ideal candidate has experience managing paid media and e-commerce channels for a consumer brand and is comfortable working directly within advertising platforms, Shopify, and retailer marketplaces. They should be able to manage daily execution while analyzing performance and providing clear recommendations for continued growth.

This full-time position reports to the President of Lemonsoda and is based in-office at the company’s Northridge location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPaid Media
  • Build, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Meta, Google, Target Roundel, Wayfair, Faire, and other relevant platforms.
  • Lead improvements to Meta and Google advertising supporting the Lemonsoda Shopify business.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, bidding, audiences, keywords, placements, and creative testing.
  • Monitor performance across ROAS, ACOS, TACoS, CPA, conversion, revenue, and profitability.
  • Recommend budget shifts and optimizations across channels based on performance and business priorities.
  • Partner with internal and external creative resources to develop and test advertising assets.
  • Support paid media planning for promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and other key business moments.
Shopify and E-commerce Management
  • Manage day-to-day updates and optimization of the Lemonsoda Shopify site.
  • Maintain product pages, collections, pricing, promotions, imagery, descriptions, and site content.
  • Coordinate site execution for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor site traffic, conversion rate, average order value, revenue, and customer behavior.
  • Identify and test opportunities to improve site navigation, merchandising, product discovery, and conversion.
  • Create and optimize landing pages supporting paid media campaigns and product launches.
  • Troubleshoot site issues and coordinate with developers or external partners when needed.
  • Ensure pricing, promotions, inventory availability, and messaging remain accurate across the site.
Marketplace Management
  • Maintain and optimize product listings across Amazon, Target, Wayfair, Faire, and other marketplace channels.
  • Improve product titles, descriptions, imagery, keywords, attributes, and other listing content.
  • Monitor listing performance, content accuracy, product availability, customer reviews, and marketplace requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, advertising efficiency, and conversion within each marketplace.
  • Coordinate marketplace updates for new products, promotions, and launches.
  • Help transition advertising and marketplace responsibilities from the current external agency to internal ownership.
Social Media and UGC Support
  • Support day-to-day management of Lemonsoda’s organic social media channels.
  • Coordinate posting, basic content planning, and community engagement.
  • Identify and coordinate UGC opportunities that can support organic social, paid advertising, product pages, and marketplace listings.
  • Help source, organize, and repurpose creator and customer content across marketing channels.
  • Partner with creative resources to ensure the brand has the content needed to support advertising and e-commerce initiatives.
Reporting and Insights
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting across paid media, Shopify, and marketplace channels.
  • Translate performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Maintain performance benchmarks and track results from campaign, listing, and site changes.
  • Provide strategic direction while remaining closely involved in daily execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, marketplace management, or a related digital marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads required.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads required.
  • Experience with Target Roundel, Wayfair, Faire, Walmart Connect, or other marketplace and retail media platforms preferred.
  • Experience managing and updating a Shopify website required.
  • Experience optimizing marketplace product listings, including copy, imagery, keywords, and product attributes.
  • Strong understanding of sponsored search, paid social, paid search, campaign optimization, and budget management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices
  • Experience coordinating organic social content and UGC preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience creating weekly and monthly performance reporting.
  • Understanding of metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACoS, CPA, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, and revenue.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with a CPG, food, beverage, wellness, or consumer-product brand preferred.
