Automotive Office Manager 

Join our growing team at Grey Wolf Automotive and help keep our dealership/repair facility running smoothly and efficiently.

 Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized Automotive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, accounting functions, payroll, customer paperwork, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and familiar with automotive dealership or repair shop processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative staff
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Process payroll and employee records
  • Reconcile bank statements and monthly reports
  • Maintain vehicle sales and service documentation
  • Coordinate DMV/title paperwork and compliance
  • Assist with customer service and vendor communications
  • Support management with reporting and scheduling
 Qualifications
  • Previous automotive office or dealership experience preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive accounting software (Reynolds & Reynolds or Autosoft)
  • Strong bookkeeping and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems
