Shop Helper
Full-Time | Salt Lake City, UT
Dillon Toyota Lift is hiring a Shop Helper for our Salt Lake City branch. This is an entry-level, hands-on role supporting our shop technicians with forklift and industrial equipment repairs.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, wants to learn a trade, and is looking for long-term growth in a mechanical career.
What You’ll Do
  • Assist technicians with forklift and equipment repairs
  • Help move, clean, and prep equipment in the shop
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks and shop support work
  • Organize tools, parts, and work areas
  • Support the service team with daily shop operations
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Mechanical aptitude or interest in learning a skilled trade
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work
  • Comfortable in a shop environment
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Previous mechanic experience is helpful but not required.
