  • Capability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operation, deburring, spot welding, grinding, assembly, and fabrication tasks.

  • Exposure to shop classes in high school or similar hands-on training is beneficial.
  • Interest in developing welding and fabrication skills over time.

Employees enjoy a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere where leadership invests in long-term growth and development. Team members have opportunities to practice and improve their welding skills after hours, and internal promotion is strongly encouraged. The culture is laid back yet stable, with a history of avoiding layoffs and offering competitive benefit packages. Regular social events such as get-togethers, barbecues, holiday gifts, and an annual Christmas party with food and games help create a close-knit, supportive environment where people tend to stay for the long term.

Work Environment

The role is based in a manufacturing setting with two primary buildings, one focused on paint operations and the other on welding and fabrication. The facility features a well-designed workflow and is kept very clean, with regular cleaning and housekeeping after work activities.
