Job description

SHOP FOREMAN

A.C. Schultes of Delaware, Inc. is accepting applications for a Shop Foreman at 16289 Sussex Highway, Bridgeville, Delaware. The job starts at 6am. Must be able to drive a truck and have steel toed boots. Must have own transportation and be able to lift 100 lbs. Must be willing to submit to random drug testing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Oversee day to day operation of shop
  • Knowledge of operating principles and maintenance of gasoline & diesel-powered engines
  • Inspection, repairing and maintaining equipment & vehicles
  • Resolving issues with equipment on the job site
  • Maintain detailed DOT vehicle records
  • Help determine inventory levels, parts and supplies and ordering parts and supplies as needed
  • Able to operate forklift for off-loading freight & moving equipment
  • Organize & maintain tools
  • Mechanic experience is helpful but not required
