RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Shop Foreman is responsible for ensuring (1) the proper repair and servicing of all the vehicles taken in by the service department and (2) maintaining technician productivity at levels determined by service management. This task is accomplished by providing direct on-the-job assistance to technicians, coordinating, and conducting training, inspecting jobs for proper completion, and creating an environment for high productivity through motivational leadership and effective administration.
