Summary of Position: 
The shop mechanic position requires pressure washing and inspecting all equipment in their entirety in a timely and safe manner. This position would require an independent and detailed orientated person.  The shop mechanic will take care of the day-to-day cleaning of all equipment and will be trained to take on the role of inspections of equipment.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspecting machines after equipment has been cleaned 
Complete necessary repairs to pass inspection
Pressure wash equipment for to return to the job 
Vacuum cabs, clean interior surfaces, and wash glass.
Maintain the wash area by cleaning and organizing it routinely.
Follow all safety procedures and use equipment properly.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements: 
Forklift experience
Clean DMV record
Strong communication skills
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail orientated 
Good organizational skills
Ability to perform physical labor
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
Stand, climb, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Safely operate and work around sharp tools and power equipment.
Work in a variety of weather conditions and outdoor environments.
Tolerate moderate to loud noise levels.
