About the Role:

As a Shop Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting our mechanics and keeping our shop operations running smoothly. Whether you're picking up critical parts, helping with oil changes, or maintaining a clean and organized workspace, you’ll be part of a team that values hard work, safety, and pride in every task.


What You’ll Do:

  • Assist mechanics with equipment servicing (e.g., oil changes, fluid top-ups)
  • Pick up and deliver parts from suppliers using company vehicles
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
  • Help stage tools and equipment for repairs or deployment
  • Support inventory checks and restock supplies as needed


What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Full G-Class Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
  • Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in learning the trade
  • Previous experience in a construction or mechanical shop is an asset, not required.
  • Welding (considered an asset)
