Shop Advisors are professionals who assist customers in retail or online stores by providing product recommendations, answering questions, and helping shoppers make informed purchasing decisions. They often have in-depth knowledge of the store's inventory and can guide customers based on their preferences and needs. Shop Advisors may also handle customer complaints, process transactions, and support overall store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience. Their goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. The role may be found in a variety of retail environments, including fashion, electronics, and specialty stores.
