In this role, you'll work alongside some of the best collision center professionals in the industry, ensuring all repairs are performed accurately and delivered on time.

Position: Body Shop Advisor
Location: 5111 Transit Rd. Depew, NY 14043
Schedule: Full Time 5-day work week including an occasional Saturday
Pay Range: $19-$24/hr
What you'll do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding body shop repair services
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing top-tier service and clear communication
  • Accurately assess customers' needs and manage repair expectations
  • Communicate effectively between customers and the collision repair team to ensure timely updates
  • Maintain and update repair order records using our internal systems
  • Coordinate repair workflow from intake to delivery
  • Ensure all processes meet or exceed customer satisfaction and company standards
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed within the body shop

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a dealership, body shop or similar setting required

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience with CDK/ADP is a plus
  • Valid NYS driver's license required
