We are hiring an experienced Body Shop Technician / Collision Repair Technician to perform structural and non-structural repairs on commercial trucks, buses, and fleet vehicles. This position is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs on commercial trucks and buses.
  • Repair and replace damaged body panels, doors, hoods, and components.
  • Complete frame straightening and structural alignment using appropriate equipment.
  • Perform welding, metal fabrication, and panel fitting.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, grinding, and masking.
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate with estimators or service advisors.
  • Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience as a body shop technician or collision repair technician (preferred).
  • Experience repairing commercial trucks, buses, or heavy-duty vehicles preferred.
  • Strong welding and metal fabrication skills.
  • Ability to read repair estimates and follow manufacturer repair procedures.
  • Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred not required
  • I-CAR or industry certifications preferred.
